Medal of Honor missions 2.5, 3.1 and 3.2 By Rakuga 2.5. ESCAPE FROM TRONDHEIM You start off in vents with Germans shouting. Follow vents forward, left, right. There is a grill on your right with a soldier behind poking his head and gun up into the vent. Strafe past it and shoot him as you move. Continue on past next grill until you get to the end with a grill in front and a bit of the vent going right. Walk right with gun facing down and shoot soldier underneath you under grill. Reload and look up and continue to end of the vent then move right. Point gun downwards again and fire down through vent at any soldiers below. Continue following it left and left at the end. Gun facing down shoot officer and soldier below. Keep going till you come to the grill at the end. Strafe round corner and shoot soldier lying down with his gun facing at you. You may want to lob a grenade into the vent bouncing it off the walls if you don�t want to get hit. Jump through the vent opening through which the soldier you just shot has come through. (Your game saves here). No one should be in the room below. Exit through the north door and shoot at the soldier that turns round the corner. Look round the corner and clear up anyone in your way. Sniper rifle may help for the distant enemies, and mp40 for those close range ones. If you run forward you can hide behind the thing that comes out from the wall and you can then snipe around it. When safe run into the first room on your right (with loads of communication equipment) and hunt the single guard in there. Another guard should enter the room while your in it so make sure you are aware of him. Slowly make your way up corridor � loads of enemies will appear. Take the first left after you have passed the equipment room, strafing as you turn the corner to shoot any enemies round that corner and making their way up the stairs. When more or less clear (there are a lot of enemies here so only continue when you feel you are safe as the last thing you want is to go down those stairs into half a dozen or so soldiers firing at you) run down those stairs and take a right. Health and a soldier await you in room with crates and metal fencing on your right. Leave room and continue forward in easterly direction to grey/silver door. Open it and open fire. Continue forward when all the enemies have been killed to door on the right with light shining from it. Go through clearing the path till you get to a small grey door. Open it (game will save) and get rid to unleash hell at the many enemies outside. Run forward to snow covered crates directly in front of you. Crouch and strafe round it to the other side. Now still crouched run forward shooting the soldiers on your right and left. If not bothered about losing health (if you have full health for instance just run like mad towards the train directly in front of you shooting enemies as you run. Otherwise pick off the soldiers one by one with a sniper rifle or MP40 from behind the crates and make a run for it while safer. With that sorted its on to Omaha beach� 3.1 Omaha Beach You might want to save as regularly as possible on this mission as the occurance of events is so unpredictable. You start in the boat going towards shore. When you get to the shore you must make it to the shingle. The mission starts when the front goes down. Run straight forward, and move slightly to the right where there is a long piece of wood poking out of the sea at an incline. Position yourself as close to it as possible. Equip pistol as it will make you run slightly faster. Wait for any bullets being aimed at you to quieten down, then run forward so you are at the other side of the piece of wood where three trunks come up out of the water. Again wait for bullets to quieten down. Now run to the left where three very short pieces of metal poke out the ground. They may not look high enough to cover you but trust me they are. Went bullets have died down, run left till you get to another anti-tank thing, but now you can duck as you are far enough out from the water. Duck and wait for bullets to die down. Unduck and run directly left and duck behind the next one. Now unduck and run directly forward, left of one of the soldiers. Run left and on to the shore, where you can now hide again behind a similar structure to the very first one you covered behind (long trunk of wood supported by three trunks). Duck behind the three trunks and wait for bullets to die down. You should be able to see a medic on your left. Un duck and run straight towards the medic. He will top up your health. Again wait near the medic until bullets quiet down. This is where it gets slightly hard, (you might want to save) as the obstacles are further apart. There is a soldier crying on your left. When bullets die down run towards him and duck behind him. Get right up close to the crying soldier and wait for the bullets to die down again. Run for it to the anti-tank mine directly in front of you. Try weaving left and right to avoid as many bullets as possible. Duck behind it when you get there. When bullets have died down run for the crater to your left and hide in it. Now for one final dash to the shingle! When the bullets die down head straight for that shingle and duck just as you get close. FINISH IT 3.2 Inside the Bunker This mission is pretty much just shooting. It�s very straightforward. Follow up the stairs till you hear a German voice and a hatch opens. Shoot the soldier then jump through the half open door. Health on your left if needed. Run into the next room with your gun on full auto as there are several guards in there. You may feel more comfortable peeking around the corner every now and again to fire at enemies. When it�s clear take the door on the left of this room (corresponding to the way you came in). In the next room is a ladder. Look up the ladder and fire at the soldier that looks down at you. Ascend the ladder and shoot the soldiers in the next room. Be aware however that one may throw a grenade. Jump back down the ladder if you see one. There are about six people in these rooms. Go in a west direction and follow this corridor to a ladder leading upwards. Ascend the ladder and lob a grenade through the gun post on your left. Another grenade directly forward and you should wipe out the whole area. Now watch out as there are some more soldiers in the corresponding room and they have grenades. After a grenade just blows up run round and clear out the top of that bunker. Grab the mounted machine gun on the right of the turret and mow down the soldiers in the turret opposite and on the right of you for a medal (I think that�s what you get it for). Run back and mount the mounted machine gun (the place you threw a grenade through). Clear the door of soldiers with it. Then head outside to complete the mission.
