GT Concept features over 100 cars and many are brand new Concept cars from the Tokya motorshow 2001. It really an excellent game. I hope this walkthroughs let's you get the most out of it. -----+++++*****+++++----- 1 - The Game ------------------------- 1.1 Tracks 1.2 Difficulty Levels 1.3 Trophies 1.4 Licenses & Prizes ------------------------- 2 - Bonuses ------------------------- 3 - Miscellaneous -----+++++*****+++++----- 1 - The Game ------------------------- 1.1 Tracks GT Concept doesn't actually feature that many tracks. There are 5 unique tracks plus 5 reverses of the 5 unique tracks. These are... Midfield Raceway (and II) Tokyo R246 (and II) Swiss Alps (and II) Tahiti Maze (and II) Autumn Ring (and II) Each track has varying areas of ease and diffculty, but here's what I think the difficulty order is... Tahiti Maze (Hardest) Autumn Ring Midfield Raceway Swiss Alps Tokyo R246 (Easiest) Feel free to attempt them in that order if you're still a novice. 1.2 Difficulty Levels There are 3 difficulty levels. The default 2 are Normal (for beginners/those not confident in their technique), Professional (for those who feel ready for a mid level challenge) and Ace (for experienced/confident players). You can unlock Ace mode by holding L1 and R1 on the difficulty screen or complete all other modes with a gold. Normal :: 2 laps per race - Beginner level AI Professional :: 3 laps per race - Intermediate level AI Ace :: 5 laps per race - Expert level AI Plus you can select driving level after youve picked difficulty and car ASM [ on ] TSC [ on ] :: Driving should be fairly easy ASM [ off ] TSC [ on ] :: Driving for the intermediate ASM [ off ] TSC [ off ]:: Driving will be unassisted So for an easy race go Normal + ASM [ on ] TSC [ on ]! Note : Not available on rally car levels. 1.3 Trophies Not much here, but if you get first place in a race, you get a gold trophy. In the licenses, you'll either fail, get bronze, silver or the near impossible dream of gold. 1.4 Licenses & Prizes As with every GT game you have had to earn licenses. Every course must have at least a bronze license to play that course in 'Single Race' mode. For help, you could use the Pace Car (no penaltys gained if used though) Here are the Gold (G), Silver (S) and Bronze (B) times needed for each course... A - Toyota pod Race Race 5 other Toyota pods on a specially designed pod racing course. With it's turns and twists, plus the handbrake ramp and a 2-player mode its a great addition How to get - Get at least Bronze on every license. B - The Japanese Opening Movie It's possible to unlock the Japanese opening movie, which is really good. How to get - Get 50% completing on status screen (bronze on every license, 1st on every track on 'Normal' difficulty) C - The Moneymaker Trophy Special With this bonus you will be pleased. If you have a GT3 A-Spec save game on your memory card you can pass a whopping 10 MILLION credits (and a bronze on EVERY license) on to it. How to get - Get 50% completing on status screen (bronze on every license, 1st on every track on 'Normal' difficulty) D - The Ending Movie When you complete the game 75% you can watch the ending sequence to GT Concept.
