Run down the path and battle two soldiers. You will grow to Level 7. Run up he steps and run Left over to Biggs wedge and Jessie. Biggs will talk to you fo a moment or two and then he will ask your Name. For now we'll stay with Cloud. Another man wil run over to you. Once the door is open Jessie, Wedge and Biggs run through it and the other man tells you his name. Once again, just stay with Barrett for now. Run through the open area. You'll find yourself on a T-Bridge. Wedge will run sraight ahead and the ohters will go left. Follow the others. Barret will give you a little Lecture and then he will join you. Talk to Biggs and he will open the first door. Then talk to Jessie and she will open the second door. Talk to her again and she will open an elevator. Walk into the elevator and press O next to what looks like up and down arrows. Barrett will give you another little lecture about how the planet is dying and then you will reach the bottom floor. Follow Jessie down the stairs and the when your next to a large ladder she wil tell you how to climb them. Press O next the Ladder and go down it. Run acros to where Jessie is and pick up a potion then run down another ladder and then aother one until you get to a pipe. Run along the pipe until you reach yet ANOTHER ladder. Climb down the ladder and now might be a good time to save it. Run across the bridge and pick up Restore Materia ((I will explain Materia and Equipping weapons later )). Run over to the end of the bridge, set the bomb and an alarm will go off. Boss- Metal Scorpion At the moment Barrett can only use Attack, so just do that. Cloud's Bolt magic does around 95-98 damage so that might be quite useful. (( You can never make a critical hit with magic for some reason )) When it raises it's tail, whatever you bleeding well do no't attack it unless you searching for a death wish. On my first go i made this mistake. It will use it's tail laser on you and that does some bad damage. Just use that time to heal Magic and health. ((Potions heal HP, Ethers heal MP and Phoenix downs revives Characters that have 0 health )) Eventually it should die. Now... on your escape when you go back up to where jessie was, talk to her because she will have her leg stuck. ((You will notice she falls over, gets stuck in things and hurts herself alot )) Then just go back the way you came. Catching the train When you leave go and talk to the flower girl. Just select anything when you talk to her and then follow her. She will diappear somewhere but that doesn't matter. Run out through the town square. Just before your out of it there is a potion. You will be surrounded by soldiers. Fight then or run it doesn't matter. He will jump on the train and leave.
