Simon here, next level is Moscow, level 2. Ok here goes.

Moscow: Moscow is really small level, designed to teach you one
thing. Keep your wits about you and keep moving! If you stay
still for more than a few seconds you will find yourself being
crucified by someone. Basically keep driving around the outside
of the level as fast as you can, and occasionally drop down into
the middle to load up with ammo from the middle teleporter and
under the four ramp type structures. Tip: If you pick up a remote
bomb, stick it directly on top of the middle teleporter thing at
the bottom of the level, and an enemy will (guaranteed) will
drive over it, allowing you to blow him away or seriously damage
him! Just dont put yourself on any of the four bridge structures
as these collapse, and that will damage you a bit. I advise you
only to do carry out that trick if you have collected all the
ammo on top of the four bridge structures, as it wouldbe
impossible to collect them without the bridges!

Ok, as for killing the enemies, there will only be four, i
suggest you kill sweettooth, axel or shadow first as they have
strong close range attacks which will damage you alot if you
drive by them accidently, and as it is a small level this could
happen. Depending on who you start off with, i would chose Outlaw
2 personally, you should take the enemies out in the order of
annoyance. What i mean is, some attack more frequently than
others, which is frustrating, like Mr.Slam or Axel, and because
there special attacks are very strong, you should take them out
first. Tip: If you pick up Richochet bombs, unload them all and
they will bounce around the areana, guaranteed to hit something,
just keep an eye out, as they can hit you! Also another tip is
dont drive to fast when releasing them as you run into them and
they damage you, so drive slow when releasing or stop.

This level isnt too hard, as the enemies usually fight
amoungst themselfs, which leaves you with one or two to finish
off, which isnt a big problem here, the only concern is try not
to waste ammo as it is fairly limited here. The only health pack
appears on the teleporter at random points throughout the game,
as well as other goodies. Just make sure no one blows up the top
of the teleporter, which is above in the middle of the four
ramps, as then no goodies will appear anymore.
So basically, just keep driving around the level, doding
fire, and occasionally release some ammo into a person until the
battle is over.

So, you made it to the third level eh...Well this level is more
fun than difficult. Paris:Monumental Disaster. Ok here goes...

Paris: In this level you are situated in Paris obviously, and
right from the beginning you have access to the monument, the
'Eiffel Tower', which is destructable of course. Tip: Teleport to
the top of the eiffel tower by driving onto the teleporter
beneath the tower, and as soon as you reach the top, place a
remote bomb and drive out of the top as fast as you can. Now
drive in a straight line down the road, and you will reach the
'Louvre', the art gallery, which is suprisingly smaller than the
real thing of course. If you cant get inside, its probably
because the front doors havent been openned yet, to open them
simply blow them up, this can be done using your machine guns
(L2). As soon as you enter the gallery, spin left and run onto
the second teleporter in the level, and you will be taken up a
floor, where you can see the eiffel tower in all its glory. Now
you can blow it with your remote bomb you placed, or wait for an
enemy to teleport up and onto it. Of course this can be done, but
in the lourve, by placing the bomb directly where the teleporter
takes you, as the enemy will have to run over the bomb. Boom.
Ok, enough of the fun you can have, now how to complete the
level. This level is medium sized compared against the others,
and is composed of many roads, crossroads and diagonal roads as
well. So on this level you should aim to keep driving as always,
but stock up on ammo every so often. There is no way you will run
out of ammo here, as there is plently to go around. Blow up any
statue, stationary vechicle (not the enemy vechicles) in the
roads, and an item will be put in its place. There is enough ammo
to make your weapons bay full on this level, thats how much there
is. Ok, once you have accumlated enough ammo, enough to waste at
least one enemy, head for the easier targets. Depending on who is
placed on your level, you should aim for the more agile and
quicker opponents, i will explain why later. As for now you
should take out enemys like Twister, Mr.Grimm, definatly Spectre
and Grasshopper. They are fast so they can attack and drive very
quickly away, unless of course your one of them. They also have
good specials equiped for this level. E.g Spectre - He has a
homing missile which can fly through walls and objects, apart
from you. This suits him as there is a lot of buildings in the
level, allowing him to attack without being spotted visually. But
the sound of his missile, the whistling, gives away how far he is
away from you. The longer the sound, the further. This can be
used to your advantage, if he is nearby, a short whistle until
impact or you see the missile fly past, you know he is near, and
using your radar (Select+Right), you can locate him and blow him
away before he attacks again. Tip: To dodge Spectres missiles,
dont drive in a straight line, this is how they lock onto you,
simply drive in a zig zag way, and 4/5 times the missile will fly
past you and miss!

Ok, once you have dissposed of the enemys i stated above,
now is the time you should venture to the rooftops of the
buildings for more ammo. As i said at the beginning, blow up the
eiffel tower, as this is the easiet way to reach the rooftops.
Once the tower has been blown, if hasnt use a remote bomb, you
can teleport up there and find the top half has collapsed to form
a walkway allowing you to drive onto the roofs. Up on the roofs
you will be vunerable to fire from one person, Sweettooth. But
before you waste him, you need some ammo, and maybe some health.
There are three health packs on the level, two of which the
computer will have trouble reaching, and you wont. The first is
located at the end of the walkway formed from the eiffel tower,
the second is above a fountain below the eiffel tower, which is
reached by placing your vechile on the fountain and letting it
raise you, or by jumping, (up, up, left), and the third is
located on the rooftops as well, but is reached by getting to the
top of the 'lourve' art gallery, and then driving off onto the
building diagonally infront of you and to the right. It helps to
use a turbo to reach it, as you may fall down if you dont have
enough speed.

The ammo on the rooftops is plentiful also, on every little
building there will be at least one ammo item, sometimes two
depending on building size. To reach the other buildings you
either drive across smaller walkways formed by the eiffel tower
falling down, or by using the small ramps on each building. Tip:
The walkways have ammo on them! Ok, to disspose of the rest of
the enemys, there is no easy way out, you have to engage them
properly, as there is no real place to hide on level as it is
fairly open. I suggest taking them out one at a time, as a group
fight tends to leave you dead. Tips for one on one combat:
Depending on your enemy character, you should aim to freeze them
at the first possible chance, the code for freeze is in the
cheats section and in the booklet. Once there frozen, try to keep
them frozen by freezing them over and over again, is this
prevents them from attacking you back, giving you time to kill
them. The trick here is to attack whilst freezing, as the freeze
does little damage on its own. Another tip, is to hold down your
machine guns, as they have infinite ammo, and can do some damage
on there own, this speeds up the kill by using them. So whilst
your freezing, holding down the machine guns, you should unload a
few non-homing missiles on them, as they are stronger, and the
homers are more valuable to you. Napalms also are useful here, as
they can drain there health quickly, get the right distance from
them, as the napalms arch, insted of fireing straight, and now
fire, and boom, there on fire!

If you find your struggling for ammo, which is quite
unlikely, then leave the rooftops. Once you have dropped to the
floor, head for the fountains below the eiffel tower. Tip: If you
catch on fire and you have no turbos to put out the fire, then
drop into the pool of water below the eiffel tower, and the
flames will go out. Here you will find two coaches. Blow them to
reveal three items under each, some power missiles (very useful)
turbos and non-homers.

By the time you have collected every single piece of ammo,
the first pieces of ammo will start to reappear, which is helpful
to you if your struggling. More tips for one on one combat: If
you find that your not just draining enough health off them, try
using some power missiles on them from close range, as four or
five of these should kill them in one go. If this still isnt
taking enough damage from them, or you just have no other good
ammo, try using you specials which regenerate, (fast or slowly
depends on who you are), or try using a remote bomb.
Tip: Only use a remote bomb when they are below half health or
when there health bar turns from green to yellow. This way you
will guarantee that they will die. If you can, place a remote
bomb where two or even three enemys will stumble on it at the
same time, as this will increase maximum damage done to them!

Phew that was long, hope it helped. If you died and made it
to the next level, just get the passcode for the level, which is
done by pressing pause (start), then once you have the code
written down, quit and enter it in at the single player option to
return to the beginning of that level you just reached, with full
lifes insted of one missing which you lost when you died before
hand, helpful eh?
