"Let's Golf!"

Let's Golf! has 4 basic game modes. There is Instant Play, Multiplayer, Tournament and Free Hole. I will be focusing on the Tournament mode for this walkthrough, as it is the only truly challenging game mode in the game (ie. you can unlock items, characters, places; the other game modes are played for pleasure).

So select Tournament. You'll find yourself at the Location Selection screen. At the moment, you'll only have access to Fiji and England. For now, I’m going to take you through Fiji. Now you must choose a character. Vincent is a more powerful golfer, but as such, his accuracy and putting suffer. Elena on the other hand is alot weaker than Vincent in terms of power, but has better accuracy and recovery. I personally play as Vincent, but either will suffice. Next you have to choose a 'Mission'. It's best to start with '1-18H' so that you can familiarise yourself with every hole in the Fiji location. From using my hole-by-hole guide below, you should be able to complete Fiji fairly quickly.

Fiji - "Hole by Hole"

Hole 1 - Par 4
For this hole, make sure to avoid the bunker on the right. You should be able to reach the green in 2 shots, putting on the third. It is possible to finish the hole in 2 shots.

Hole 2 - Par 4
Don't be fooled by this hole. Your default target area will place you on the next island. Do not aim here, instead, drag the target area onto the island your standing on. If you go for the longshot across to the other island, you will 95% of the time land in the water, and even if you land it, you will end up in the rough. This hole can be completed in 2 shots, but comfortably, should take you 3.

Hole 3 - Par 3
Simple swing onto the green, and put in. Hole in one possible, should take 2 shots to complete.

Hole 4 - Par 5
Shot to the first fairway, shot to the second fairway, shot to the green and putt in should see this done in 4 shots. Possible to do it in 3. Watch the sloping green.

Hole 5 - Par 4
You have 2 choices. Risk a shot across the river (it's not a hard shot to pull off, or take the safe route. If you go for the river shot, watch the wind. If you take the ball to the rough, this hole can be difficult. Very long green, so don't worry if it takes 2 attempts to putt.

Hole 6 - Par 4
Aim for the narrow fairway strip, or aim for the wide fairway section. Either way, you should be able to reach the green in 2 shots, putting on the third. Watch the slopes on the green.

Hole 7 - Par 4
It's quite easy to land the ball on the 'Fairway island' in the middle of the hole. You can get the ball to the green from here, and if you're lucky, you can get a long putt in from the edge of the green. If not, you should get par.

Hole 8 - Par 3
Potential Hole in One. Straight to green and putt in. Should take 2 shots maximum.

Hole 9 - Par 5
Aim for the fairway on the thin strip, then across to the main fairway. From there, hit it onto the green and a simple putt in on a small green. 4 shots, but it's easy to use all 5 shots on this hole.

Hole 10 - Par 4
Aim slightly further back than the default target area, to avoid going into the rough. Hit onto green and putt. 3 shots. It's easy to go over par on this hole due to the tough green slopes.

Hole 11 - Par 4
Aim for the second fairway section, hit onto green and putt in. Should be straightfoward this hole, but again, watch the slopes on the green.

Hole 12 - Par 4
Aim for the fairway strip between the bunkers on the right and the rough cliff edge. Aim for the centre of the green, which is the peak of the hill. This is the toughest putt on the Fiji Course, as the hole is on a steep slope, but par is achievable.

Hole 13 - Par 3
Straight to the green, putt in. 2 shots should be a reasonable target.

Hole 14 - Par 4
A tricky approach. It's best to aim to the right of the default target area to completely avoid the bunker. To the green and putt in for 3 shots. Watch you don't overpower on the approach, as the green dips down after the hole, and it will literally be an uphill struggle.

Hole 15 - Par 5
Stick to the default target area. Carry on across this length of fairway. Hit it to the green, and putt in. 4 shots possible, but because of a tricky green, more may be required.

Hole 16 – Par 4
Across to the fairway on the other island. To the green and putt in. 3 shots.

Hole 17 – Par 3
This looks a daunting hole, but it doesn’t get any simpler than this. To the green and putt in. One of the easiest holes in the game. 2 shots.

Hole 18 – Par 5
A difficult start. There is no alternative. You must achieve full power on your first swing and decent accuracy, or you will end up in the rough. One past there, hit it to the green and put in. 3 shots.

I will write another walkthrough very soon to take you through the England course. Once you've fully completed England and Fiji, it will be time for the USA course, and then for those who are up for the challenge, the windy course of Scotland!
