Retro Game Walkthroughs for Twisted Metal Black (PlayStation 2)

I have written this walkthrough to help people struggling on
finding the hidden characters/levels or beating the boses.
Because the levels are vast, it's hard to sometimes explain the
exact area for locations of the items but the descriptions are as
detailed as possible without being confusing:
Hidden Characters:
*Yellow Jacket: On the Junkyard level you'll see an aeroplane
circling in the air. Shoot it out of the sky and it will crash,
go to the crash site and follow the tunnel found there, at the
end there is a pillar in the middle of the room infront of which
is a control panel. Destroy this to unlock yellow jacket.
*Axel: On the freeway level, locate the two cranes, one of which
is carrying a box. Angle your car using the nearby mounds so
that you can laucnh a fire missle at the control panel on the
crane. Once destroye, the box will fall. Drive up to it to
unlock Axel.
*WartHog : On the suburbs, drive up to the feris wheel. Search
the area for the nearby gas-can power up. If you turbo past the
power up you'll land on a roof top, fall through the frist
building inside of whic is another control panal. Blow it up to
unlock Warthog.
*Manslaughter: On Prisson passage, drive up to the hull of the
boat you arived on (it's the front of the boat) there are blue
and white boxes with a heatl pick up on top, destroy on of the
boxes to create a ramp. Once ontop, lanch missles at the side of
the ship to reveal a secret door, inside is a control panal.
Destroy it to unlock Manslaughter.
*Minion: To unlock Minion you have to finish the game with every
character in story mode (including the hidden characters).
Hidden Levels:
+Elevators level: On the Highway Loop level, find the road that
is next to the powerplant with the two spherical buildings. If
you have a gas can, you can launch it over at the clostest
sphere. It will then roll onto the road and crash through a wall
in the tunnel further down the highway, go through the hole to
find the cube.
+Warhawk's Rooftop: On the Junkyard level, shoot down the green
Pizza Boy statue positioned near the Old Warplane and crane. His
pizza box will fall to the ground creating a ramp that's facing
the crusher. When the crusher is down, use the ramp. When ontop
of the crusher; wait for it to go back up and drive, heading
right, on the platform to unlock the Warhawks Rooftop.
+Minion's Stadium: On the Downtown level, search for the
connected apartments over the only bridge on the level. Between
them there is a large section of a wall, shoot this down to
access the elevators. There is one in each apartment block. With
your car facing the buildings from the bridge, take the left
elevator up. Then drive around to the back of where you came up.
Drive far enough and the ground will start to change colour at
this point turn left so that you look out of the apartment.
Drive slowly to the edge and drop off to gain the black cube and
unlock Minions Stadium.
+Skyscrapers: On Warhawk's Rooftop level, look for where the
tankers are coming from on the Rooftop. Line yourself up with the
path that they are taking and turbo of the edge, falling of the
edge you should get the black cube which unlocks this level.
+Power Plant: On the Snowy Roads level, drive to where the only
building is. To the left of the building are the barriers that
should keep you falling off. Navigate your way past the barriers
and onto the cliff face. Drive foward enough and you'll find the
hidden black cube.
+Sewer level: On the Skyscrapers level, go to the bottom of the
crashed plane and to the left of the entrance. Shoot down the
advertisment board there so that it falls down linking the
rooftops. Drive onto the board and turn left. Falling off
should mean that you get the black cube unlocking the Sewers.
+Prison Passage: On the Suburbs level, go toward the downtown
area, jump across the gaps stopping on the second rooftop. Rotate
your car so that you can see a missle on a narrow area of the
rooftop. Back-up your car a bit on the rooftop, and drive toward
the other narrow roof with the power missile. After you gain the
missle, shoot the nearby vent to reveal the black cube which
unlocks the Prison Passage.
The Boses:
Minion: Minion's attack; the flame-thrower, is deadly at close
range especially if he corners you. The best way to defeat him
is to circle around the platfrom of the stadium picking up the
power-up's available, focus your attention of collecting the
homing missles because they can be fired from afar resulting in
less confrontation. The aim is to disable the sheilds, of which
there are 4; front, rear, left and right, so that you can attack
the truck directly. Whilst driving round, remember to pick up the
power missles and machine-gun upgrades - they'll come in handy
later. Repeat firing the homing missles whilst avoiding Minion
directly, eventually the shield will dissapear leaving Minion
open. When this happens, you can go in for the kill. Turbo into
Minion using the power missles, machine guns (with the upgrade)
and Special attacks to quickly destroy him.
Warhawk: Warhawk, like Minion, has a shield around it. However,
it's also flying so can't be attacked using power-missles and
machine guns. To destroy him, you have to wait for the tankers
to appear on the map, they are similar to Minion but are less
armoured and less powerful. However, repeated attacks from them
quickly drain your energy so when they appear, take them out with
homing missles. Once destroyed, the tankers remains will still
be there for you too blow up, wait for Warhawk to circle above
the remains before doing so. Repeat this and Warhawks shield
will eventually dissapear allowing you to use homing missles or
Special attacks (Outlaw's is best for this) to destroy it. One
way of avoiding Warhawks attacks is to shelter in the bunker like
building situated just off center of the map, you'll also find
energy in there if your low.
Bonuses:
Max Damage: Get a direct hit with the SAT power-up.
Turbo Bonus: Use the turbo while ramming your opponents with
Yellow Jacket's special attack enabled. Missle Bonus 10/10: Use the Zoomy Missles to hit the enemy 10 times in a row. Missle Hit 20/20: Hit an enemy with 20 missles in a row (achievable with Sweet Tooths special). T-Slide Bonus: Use Darksides special to hit an enemy that is at a 90 degree angle to you. Multiple Hits: Damage two or more enemys with one weapon (achievable with the gas can). Bull's Eye Bonus: Get a direct hit on an enemy with a gas can. Bank Shot Bonus: Hit an enemy with a rebounding Ricochet.
