Apartment (from £316) – you can rent rooms out to un-housed people, they can be several stories high, you should get some money flowing in before purchasing apartments, customers usually buy in the day.




Daytime retail:



Bakery
(from £614) – this shop has good popularity; you can sell bread in this shop.


Book store
(from £867) – this shop sells books, average popularity.


Butcher shop
(from £355) – this shop has good popularity; you can sell meat in this shop.


Cafι
(from £509) – this shop is popular; you can sell sweets and small meals in this shop,


Clothes store
(from £939) – this shop has good popularity, you can sell clothes in here.


Dairy store
(from £355) – this shop is popular; you can sell dairy products like milk and cheese here.


Diner

Doctor’s office
