Retro Game Walkthroughs for Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 (Game Boy Advance)

This walkthrough contains all the hard parts and the secrets for world .1 Here are some useful secrets before you get started:
1 If you beat every single level (90 in total) and complete and save the game, you will go on to a world selection screen to jump to any of the 8 worlds.
2 World 5 unlockables: Get 30 advance coins to unlock the blue mushroom house, 50 to get the orange mushroom house and 80 to unlock the red one.
3 For every million points you earn, a star will appear on the title screen. You can earn up to 5 stars.
World 1:
Level 1: Walk up to the first group of boxes and hit them all. One, will give you a mushroom. Then hit the other box later on and it will give you a raccoon leaf. Now run at the long bit of path so your dash metor is filled and a rapped beeping sound starts. Jump to start flying and keep getting higher until you reach some clouds. Walk across the clouds to collect some coins. Get back down again and when you come to a group of breakable boxes. Smash the boxes on top with your tail and there will be a small box with a semi circle on it. Jump on it and all the boxes will turn to coins. Continue, until you come to a plant that spits out fire at you. Jump over it and from the plant, start sprinting until you get to a big pipe. Take off and fly to the top of the pipe and go down it. Collect all the coins and come out the other end and walk to the finish.
Level 3: This level contains the very first warp whistle: Near the end of the level, there is a white box. Stand on it and press down until you fall down. Now hold B and run to the black bit at the end and you will meet toad and get your whistle. Job done.
Castle: This one is the very first castle you encounter. It is also were you find the second whistle:
Firstly, remember before you jump over the pits, check if there are any fire balls ready to spring up. As for the boss, the best way to kill it is to jump on 3 times very quickly. If you mess about and take too long, it will start moving very quickly to avoid you. Just get it over and done with. Now, for the whistle: Reach the end of the first part where the dry bones are. Get a running start with raccoon Mario and fly over the question mark box, then keep going forward and up to reach the whistle room.
Level 5: At the beginning, you will slide down the hill and into the water. From there, go right and jump over the pipe to reach a ledge. Then, go up the hill until you get to the top. Keep going right until you get to the small slope. As soon as you get to it, slide down by pressing down to kill the two shells, and you will get to another slope. Slide down as soon as you get to it, killing the shell and jump the gap to reach another ledge. Go right to reach another slope. Slide down and this time go down the gap. When you get to the bottom, watch the pipes for those plants. Go right until you get to a pipe. Go up it and you will be at the end of the level.
Magic wand level: When you get on the boat, go right, slowly. Wait for the cannons to shoot before you jump over them. When you get to the thing that shoots out black triangle shaped things, stand on top of it. When all 3 cannons have stopped shooting, jump and proceed forward. Get right up against the tall pillar with the cannon on the top. When that and the cannon above are not shooting, jump over the pillar and proceed. Get the mushroom and when the multi - cannon is shooting downwards and side ways , jump over the pillar, dodging the cannon balls. Jump over the next cannon and get up against the pillar. When the coast is clear, jump over and doge all the cannon balls. Get to the end and meet the boss. This one is a little harder than the other boss. To kill it, jump on it 3 times and when it turns into a ball, don’t touch it. As soon as it turns back again, jump on it. When you have done it, you will collect the wand and turn the king back to his old self. World 1 - Clear!
