Welcome to my Project Zero 2: Crimson Butterfly walkthrough. I will guide through the Entire game with hopefully minimum spoilers to the story. I hope you find this guide useful, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to drop me an E-Mail ([email protected])

Please note – In this guide, I will not give the locations for the photographs of each individual ‘non-lethal’ spirit. Besides, on the first play through, you cant capture each one anyway, so this guide will walk you through the game without all the added ‘optional’ photographs.


Another note – If you get lost don’t forget to look at the map! I have given the names of the places and rooms the same as the ones on the map. So if you’re lost, simply look on the map and make your life a lot easier!

Final Note – Although I have given the locations for each scripted ‘Violent’ Ghost, there could well be ‘Random’ violent ghosts, which, of course, I cannot give the details of. If you should see one of these ghosts, feel free to fight it for more EXP, or you can run away if at all possible.

Ok then, lets get started!

CHAPTER 1 – THE LOST VILLAGE
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =

Simply follow the path through the woods. After the cutscene, just keep following the path. You will notice something on the way, a Black Bag, so pick it up. When you get closer to the village, a ghost will appear and go into a building, and both your girls will go inside.

Osaka House, Entrance
Walk straight ahead and a ghost will float past behind the lattice. Follow it and go through the door.

Sunken Fireplace room
Search around and you will find a file in the middle of the room. On the left is sliding panel door, open this and go through into the next room.

Storeroom
There is a Save Point in here, so save if you want to. If you search the cabinet against the wall, there is a file. Now, search the opposite side of the chest of drawers and you will get Sacred Water. Go back into the Sunken Fireplace room. On the opposite side of the room is another sliding panel, open this and go through.

Big Tatami Room
As soon as you enter the room, a ghost will fly past. It isn’t lethal so don’t worry. Now, search the chest of drawers for a Herbal Medicine. Go behind the net to the creepy looking bed, and you will find a file. That’s all in here, so go back to the Sunken Fireplace room and into the corridor. Go straight on here to a door at the end.

Back Room
Take the file from the floor. Now go back to the Sunken Fireplace Room and into the door on the back wall to the Family Altar Room.

Family Altar Room
------------------------
grab the Torch and the Camera Obsucra from the table. You can now take on ghosts! Check the chest of drawers next to the door for a file. When you try to exit the room, a ghost will appear, it cant hurt you so don’t panic. Just take a picture and you’ll see a cutscene. Now go back into the Sunken Fireplace Room.

Sunken Fireplace Room
Check the door that goes back into the entrance. You will see a cutscene. A ghost will then float through the door to the left. Go to where that door is and take a picture of the seal on the door. A coal brazier will be seen in the picture! Now exit and go through the door at the back of the Dirt floor hallway leading to the back Room.

Back Room
Take a picture of the coal brazier in the middle of the room to get a picture of ghost. This will successfully break the seal from before. A ghost will then appear in front of you and possibly make you jump out of your seat! Go back to the Sunken fireplace room

Sunken Fireplace Room
Go into the Big Tatami Room, where the seal was before

Big Tatami Room
There is nothing in here to do, all you have to do is check the door you just came from. Something will fall down and you can take the Ginger Key from the recess. Go back into the Sunken Fireplace room

Sunken Fireplace Room
A ghost will appear and walk up the stairs, follow it up!

Sunken Fireplace Room – 2F
A ghost will pass through a door to the left, so go and check that door to use the Ginger Key. Go through.

Servants Room
After the non-lethal ghost disappears, check the drawers to find a Herbal Medicine. Near here is a folding screen, check around here for some Type 61 Film. Go through the screen into the Guest Room and take the file that is on the table. Go left and take the file from the floor. Go to the to of the room to enter a Study, check the bookcase for another file. And in the same room, check the floor for, yes, another file! Ok, after the cutscene this ghost means business! Its your first Nasty Ghost so it could be a bit tricky depending on your Camera Skills! Enter the camera mode and try to charge up the attack, when its quit charged, shoot to get a good bit of damage. When you lose sight of the ghost, exit Camera mode and run around until you find it again, then repeat the process. For a Zero Shot, wait until she comes towards you and step backwards a bit, when the filament glows red, shoot immediately to get a Zero Shot!

CHAPTER 2 – TWIN SHRINE MAIDENS
Collect the Aragonite Stone from where the ghost was on the floor, and the Spirit Orb as well. You can now upgrade the camera to get multiple different effects in battle. Check the table to get a Spirit Stone Radio. Now, go into the inventory and you will see an option named for the Spirit Stone Radio. In here, you can listen to the Aragonite left behind by the ghost. It’s creepy, try it! Now, go back to the Sunken Fireplace Room.

PLAYING AS MAYU
After the cutscene, you will find yourself playing a black and white, very weird, section with Mayu. Simply follow the red butterflies for a while and you’ll soon be back to normal as Mio!

Sunken Fireplace Room
Go down the stairs to the first floor of this room. Take the ‘Slow’ power up from the floor and read the file. Ok, now go back into the Storeroom

Storeroom
---------------
First things first, Save the Game. Now take the herbal Medicine from the floor. A ghost will attack you! You know what to do! This ghost is very easy and very slow, much easier than that one a minute ago. Simply stand still and wait for the filament to glow red and shoot for a Zero Shot! After a few of these, she’ll be ‘dead’. After that, take the Spirit Orb and Moonstone from where the ghost has been. Ok, go back to the Dirt Floor hallway and enter the Back Room.

Back Room
----------------
A ghost that is non-lethal will float around in here. Go to where it was and take the 3 files. Now, go back into the entrance.

Entrance
-----------
Take the Mayu’s Charm object from the floor. (You can go and listen on the radio to Mayu’s thoughts now if you want). Go out of the front door, back into the village

Village
----------
Head south from here. There are no ghosts to worry about yet so just run. The camera will change to show a statue at the end of the Osaka house, check around here for a Type 14 Film. Head north again, and when you get to a junction, go left. Now just follow the path straight up. A non-lethal ghost will appear, follow it in the same direction.

Village
-----------
Start walking down the steps. Two nasty ghosts will attack now after the cutscene. Try to wait for either of these ghosts to either lunge out at you or take a swing at you before taking the picture, therefore upping the chance of a Zero Shot. As the spirit is still after an attack, take advantage and attack again after a slight charge up. Ok, after they are gone, run down the steps to the gates. Snap a picture of these gates to get a special ‘gate butterfly’ photo. Ok, now go left and you’ll see a stone. Check around here to find a Herbal Medicine. Ok, were all done here, so lets start running back to the Osaka house. On the way you will notice some crimson butterflies, they actually lead the way, so just follow them.

Outside Osaka House
---------------------------
Ok, were here. Don’t go into the Osaka House, instead, follow the butterflies even further. Eventually, you will see a Save Point, save if you want. Just keep going in the direction of the butterflies, they will be stopped at a gate, so go through.

Storehouse
--------------
You will now see a cutscene. After its finished, you can talk to the boy but nothing valid is said. Go back out of the gate. Now, run back in the direction of the Osaka House, you’ll notice a well on the edge of the Storehouse, check here for a file. Go back to the entrance to the Osaka House.

Outside Osaka House
--------------------------
Ok, this bit can get a confusing if your sense of direction isn’t too good! You need to take the other path from the Osaka House, not the one we went to before for the gates. If you look on the map, the area we are looking for is called “Misono Hall”. Go down that path.

Misono Hall
-----------------
Follow the path and find the Save Point. Save the game. Ok, you’ll notice a weird looking ‘Shinto Gate’ next to the Save Point, check this for a file. A non-lethal ghost will pop out now and scare you to death! After that ordeal, run down the path to the left, and you will see an object, pick it up. Its the Twin Statue Key L. After you have picked this up, 3 nasty ghosts will attack you! These ghosts can disappear and reappear at different places thus making this fight a bit confusing. For the best results, I suggest running to a fair distance away from them, and then enter the Camera View to take them down. Try to charge up the attacks as much as possible, using Type 14 film. Wait for the ones with the big sticks to lunge out at you and snap them quick for a Zero Shot. After they are all dead, check the floor for a Spirit orb, save the game and then go back down the path to the left.

All Gods Cemetery
------------------------
There are no nasty ghosts in here so don’t worry. Search around the area to find a Spirit Orb and a Glowing Blue Crystal (listen in on the Radio!). Ok, now we need to run all the way back to the Osaka House (again). Once there, don’t go inside but get back to the junction from before (where you turn for the big gates). Once there, two attacking ghosts will attack you. They are nothing we haven’t seen before so just use type 14 film and try to wait for the Zero Shot. After that, go down the left hand path at the Junction.

Outside Kiryu House
-------------------------
There will be Save Point, so save if you wish. Now, you will notice a small path going down the side of the house, check the small statue for some Type 14 film and then run down the path. You’ll see some butterflies flying around something, another statue. Check this statue and you will get the Twin Statue Key R. 3 ghosts will attack after you have go this, so be prepared! These are a new breed, but thankfully they aren’t too hard to beat. Most of them move very slow, so just wait and charge up the camera until they get close. You should get a Zero Shot, which after about 2 each will kill them. Ok, after you’ve finished with those ghosts, follow the path around and go over the bridge.

Village
-----------
Check the small statues for a file. Ok, now go up the steps. At the top is Sacred Water so take it. Keep going down this path. You will eventually reach a large Shrine area. Near the door is a file, so read that. There’s nothing else here yet (if you photographed each non-lethal ghost so far, so will be able to go inside the Shrine and get a few Herbal medicines). Ok, now go back down he steps and make your way back to those big gates from before (where we got the ‘Gate butterfly’ picture). You’ll now be able to use the Twin statue Key’s on the door, and it will open. So go through the doors to reach your next house area.

Kiryu House
----------------
Go through the door that leads to an under-the-stars cupboard, in here is a Herbal Medicine. Ok, now go through the door to the left.

Projector Room
-------------------
When you enter, you can watch a film playing on the Projector. After you’ve seen it, check the Projector to get the Film Reel 1. That’s all for now, so exit the room and climb the stairs.

2F Kiryu House
-------------------
Go straight on and follow the corridor to reach a sliding screen room on the left hand side. In here is a ‘Stun’ power up lens, so you better grab that. At the back of the room is a bookshelf, check that out for a file. Ok, now head back to the stairs, don’t go down, but go through the door at the end of the corridor.

Connecting Path
--------------------
Go along the path to find that the door on the other side Is locked! Not to worry, in the middle of the path is a Chrysoberyl to use with the Radio. That’s all in this house for now, so go back out and through the big double gates. Carry on down the path until you reach the bridge area from before.

Whisper Bridge
--------------------
Check the left hand side of the path for a Herbal Medicine. Carry on and go across the bridge. After a while a non-lethal ghosts will appear, and after that, a Lethal one! It is quite fast compared to the last ghosts we saw, and it can disappear and re-appear behind you! For best results, when your unsure where it is, get out of the camera Mode and run in any direction. The ghost should appear where you were standing, so turn around and shoot it! Don’t try to charge up, as it is too fast, but if you are fast enough, you could easily get a Zero Shot or eve Fatal Frame! If your in trouble with this ghost, just remember to run until you can see it again. Left, after you have killed that ghost, check the floor where it was for a Green Crystal and Spirit orb. Ok, now run to the end of the bridge and go through the door.

Outside Kurosawa House
-------------------------------
Save the game here at the Save Point and then check the grounds to find a Spirit Orb in the corner. Now go through the double doors near the Save Point.

CHAPTER 3 – THE REPENTANCE
----------------------------------------------
Go along the corridor and through the door on the left hand side.

Antechamber
------------------
Search the floor and find the ‘Instant’ power up. Check the drawers for a Herbal Medicine and a Type 14 Film. Ok, go through the other door in this room (not the one we came in from).

MAYU
---------
Its time for another black ad white Mayu scenario! Just follow the corridor, and open the door around the corner.

Dirt Floor Path
-------------------
Your in the same corridor as you were with Mayu a few seconds ago. Go down the corridor. A nasty ghost will attack you! He can be quite hard if you don’t keep moving. Try to charge up the attack and when he gets close, take one step back. He will look confused and stand around for a bit, so take advantage and snap him for a Fatal Frame shot! Ok, now keep running down the corridor and get attacked by another violent ghost! This one is more fast and will disappear into the walls a lot. For a good technique, go into Camera Mode and hold Square to track it down, once you have it in your sights, wait for about 3 seconds only to charge and then shoot! This technique takes a while but is pretty safe and easy. Once the ghost is down, check the floor for a Spirit Orb. Go to the door you went through with Mayu and check it to get a Glowing Green Crystal. Now go through the door.

Great Hall
--------------
Go into the middle and check behind the folding screen to get some Sacred Water. Left in the middle of the room is a Fluorite (Radio time). Ok, this next bit is a bit tricky so you better be careful. Go into the Bottom bit of the room and run around until you see a cutscene. Now, it will go weird looking like Mayu’s scenarios and a BIG ghost will be chasing you, this ghost is Invincible, so don’t try to shot it! Instead, run around the room like crazy trying to avid the ghost and go north to the door at the end. Just before leaving, and presuming there’s time before the ghost gets there, check the folding screen near the door for some Type 90-Film! Now run through the door!

Courtyard
-------------
Run around to the end of the courtyard where some sheets will be piled up, check around here for a Stone Mirror. After that, climb up the stairs. Run around the balcony and reach the Save Point, it’s best to save here. Go through the door.

Hallway
------------
Simply run along the hallway and through the door at the end.

Guest Room
---------------
Near the door is a chest of Drawers, check this for a Type 61-film. Now check the bookcase at the recess for a file. Go through the other door in this room, on the back wall.

Flickering Room
---------------------
First of all, check the drawers in the corner for a Herbal Medicine. Ok, now take a picture of the other door in this room, and you’ll get a picture of a few Handprints. Ok, now we need to do some backtracking, back to the corridor where we played as Mayu. On the way through the room with the Big-Invincible-Ghost, just keep running around the room and straight through the door and you’ll be fine.

Dirt Floor Path
-------------------
Simply run down the passageway. A few non-lethal ghosts will float about, so just keep running and through the door at the other end of the corridor.

Bloodstained Room
-------------------------
Check the drawer for a Herbal Medicine and the floor near them for a ‘Blast’ power up lens. Ok, now take a photo of the swinging door. After that, two violent ghosts will attack! You should have equipped your new power up, so if you haven’t, you must do so now! These two ghosts are very hard because there is not much room to run away from them. Try to get as many hits in the woman ghost as possible at first, as she is the one who likes to play hide and seek in the walls. Every now and again, target the other one, and try to charge up for a Zero Shot, but you must be fast, if your charging for too long, the woman will come and attack you! So its fast shots for her and charged shots for him, remember that and you’ll be ok. After they are both dead, you will get the Diamond Stack key. Ok, that’s it in here, so head back out through the door that is already open.

Dirt Floor Path
------------------
Grab the Spirit Orb and the Faintly Glowing Crystal. Ok, now we have to do something you probably wont like. Go back through the room with the Big-Invincible-Ghost! Remember the theory from before, Run like hell and do NOT stop! Once back into the courtyard, save the game and get back to the Guest Room.

Guest Room
----------------
Take the file form the floor. Now go back into the Flickering Room. A ghost will come out of the floor but just leave it and run through the door on the back wall.

CHAPTER 4 – FORBIDDEN RITUAL

Go behind the folding screen and get the file and the creepy photograph. That’s all in here so go back into the Flickering Room.

Flickering Room
---------------------
A Violent Ghost will lunge out at you! We have seen it before, so just use your initiative and don’t be afraid to use a special ability or two. After the fight, grab the Twin Doll Heads from the floor and exit back into the room with the dolls (where we got the creepy photograph)

Doll Stand Room
---------------------
Go to the doll stand at the side of the room and use the two Twin Doll Heads. You will now need to do a puzzle. You have to get the two yellowy dolls to the top of the stand. For an easy explanation lets imagine the dolls been numbered 1-12, 1 at the top and 12 at the bottom, kind of like……

Ok. Now move the dolls in the order corresponding to the following numbers:

Once the puzzle is complete, you will receive the Butterfly key. Ok, now go back to the Guest Room.

Guest Room
-----------------
Take the map and the file from the table and go back into the hallway. Then run along the hallway and back out into the Courtyard. Save if you want. Check the far end of the courtyard for an ‘Evade’ power up lens. Go back into the Great Hall.

Great Hall
-------------
The big ghost has gone now, so calmly run around and go to the northwest corner to get to the Storeroom

Storeroom
---------------
Search the floor to find the Bloody Ring. That’s all in here so get running back to the Dirt Floor Path (where we played as Mayu).

Dirt Floor Path
-------------------
A violent ghost attacks you after you run down the corridor for a while! We’ve seen him before. He is easier than the woman who goes in the walls, so try to charge up and get a Zero Shot. But don’t be too worried about big charging, if your having trouble, get little shots in with the 61 film and he’ll soon be ‘dead’. After that, get the Spirit Orb from the floor. Ok, go out of the original door into the Antechamber, and then run through here to arrive back at the entrance.

Entrance
------------
Go to the main doors. Try to open them and a non-lethal ghost will jump out behind you! Now, run back up the passage and through the door. Carry on through here and through the other door on the left to the Storage Room

Storage Room
-------------------
Go to the other door in the room and a non-lethal ghost will jump out. After its gone, check the clock to find a Sacred Water and check the chest of Drawers for a Herbal Medicine. Now climb up the stairs.

2F folding Screen Room
-------------------------------
You will notice a non-lethal ghost appears and then disappears in the corner. After it is gone, go and check where it was. You can see an item but you can get it yet! Go down and check the next set of screens for a Type 14-film. Ok, go through the door to the end.

Warehouse
--------------
there is nothing of interest here yet, just follow the non-lethal ghost to get to the next room.

Cell
------
Grab the file from the floor. Ok, now we can go back into the other room and carry on with the game.

Warehouse
--------------
Check the recess at the back to find a Size 14-film, (its not there before, only after getting the file). Ok, now continue going down the corridor. Run down the corridor and down the stairs.

Underground Cellar
------------------------
There is Save Point here, its best to save as the upcoming fight is quit difficult. Run past the Save Point and nasty ghost will appear and be ready to attack you! This fight is hard because its quite dark here, and the ghost likes to keep disappearing! He can also move quite fast, which never helps. Try to keep away from the walls as he’ll come out of them and grab you. When he is just about to attack, he will stop still and shake his stick around, this is when you can get a Zero Shot in. Just keep running around if you lose him, and when he’s in your sights, try to keep him there until he tries to attack. When he is dead, grab the Spirit Orb from the floor where he was. Now we need t go back to the warehouse and through the remaining door we haven’t been to yet.

Cloth Hallway
------------------
Run down the corridor until you reach a set of double doors. Go through them.

Family Altar Room
------------------------
As soon as your in the room, an attacking ghost will lunge at you! We have seen this guy before, he’ not too hard as the room is big enough to run away and then charge up an attack. Once he is gone, run up to the altar and take the file. Next go to the lampshade in the top corner for another file. Go to the opposite corner from here for a Herbal Medicine. Ok, now go to the double doors and grab the Spirit Orb and the Glowing Red Crystal. Left, now you need to go down the stairs (in the bottom left corner). At the bottom, go through the door. Now simply follow the corridor and go up the steps at the other end.

Connecting Corridor
-------------------------
There’s a bit of a simple puzzle here. It’s not too hard. From where you are, you need to run first down the left-hand path and stand on the patterned square at the end. Ok, now run back along and go down the other side path. Stand on the patterned square at this side to unlock the door. Go through.

Lattice Room
-----------------
There’s a Save Point here, so feel free to save the game. Search the floor to find a Shadow Key. Now go through the doors we haven’t been through in this room.

Rope Temple
-------------------
Go to the altar and grab the file. Ok, there is nothing else here for now. Go back to the way we came until you reach the Family Altar Room, when there, go up the stairs at the opposite side to the ones we used before.

Meditation Room
----------------------
Search the floor for the ‘See’ Power up lens. Now go to the nearby table and grab the file. Now look around and you’ll see a patterned area on the floor (next to the table). Stand on this to open a small door at the left hand side. Go through.

Masters Room
------------------
First of all, grab the nearby file. Now, after the non-lethal ghosts have finished bantering, we need to go back to the cloth hallway (go through the Family Altar Room). Once there, keep following the path down and go through the door at the end. In here, climb the stairs. At the top, you’ll notice a door that’s south facing from the character. Go through here.

Masters Room – 2F
------------------------
Search the rather large cushion for a file. Now go to where the piece of board is blocking a door. Check it to remove it and reveal a door. Now go to the bookcase in the middle of the room for a few Tomes. Ok, walk around to the side of the bookcase and you’ll notice a statue on it. Check it to enter a puzzle. We need to position the Tomes in a certain order, which corresponds to the text you read when entering the puzzle. On the first shelf, put the Crimson Wing Tome here. In the second shelf, the Taboo Tome. Third shelf, the Twin Tome. On Shelf number 4 place the Disaster Tome. And in the final shelf, put the Ritual Tome. After the puzzle is complete, you’ll get the Light Key. Ok, now go back to the Partition Screen Room from before.

Partition Screen Room
----------------------------
When you get here, a nasty ghost will attack. You can take it out easily as he isn’t too hard, just remember to charge and get the Zero Shots. Once he’s down, go back to the Cloth Hallway.

Cloth Hallway
-------------------
Run back down the corridor. A violent Ghost will attack you. Now, this can be tricky because of the sheets. I found if you run and go back to the wall, (but not quite against it), you can se him better for some reason. If you have ‘See’ equipped, use it. Otherwise, use the ‘usual’ method /\/\ Now go back down the hallway and into the room at the end of the corridor.

Cells
-----------
use the Shadow and Light Keys on the Cell Doors to unlock them. Walk inside the cell and a non-lethal ghost will pop out! If you go to where the ghost was you can find the Hammer Key and the Osaka House Map. Check the bookshelf for 2 files and check at the door to the cell for some Type-90 Film. Go back into the previous room.

CHAPTER 5 – THE SACRIFICE

Left, time for some SERIOUS backtracking! We need to get left back to the small storage shed at the end of the Great Hall! You might meet the odd ghost but these can be avoided if you’re fast enough. Once there, go down the Warehouse Hallway and down the steps. At the bottom, open the door and go through.

Underground Cellar
------------------------
A nasty ghost attacks now! Depending on whether you have the ability ‘See’ or not, this can be a bit tricky. Try to run away into a far away areas, then use see to get a better view. Otherwise, just charge up and get a Zero Shot or two as usual. After that, grab the Spirit Orb from the floor. There will be a save point here, save if you want, and then climb the nearby stairs. Open the door at the top to get back out into Village. Simply follow the path, (leave the house grounds, and go over the Bridge) to be back in the main village area.

Village
---------
Run like hell back to the Osaka house, there will be a few non-violent ghosts but nothing that will attack you. Don’t go in yet but carry on along the path. A non-violent ghost will appear, once it is gone, grab the file from where it was, and the fluorite. Ok, now go to the Storehouse where the white haired boy is. Speak to him to get some information. After that, go inside the Osaka house.

Osaka House
----------------
Go into the Back Room. Once there, take the ‘Alarm’ power up from the cushions. Ok, now go back into the Sunken Fireplace Room and through into the 2F Guest Room.

2F Guest Room
----------------------
Walk down the pathway and get the Spirit Orb. Go back down the stairs now. Once down, go back to the Family Altar Room.

Family Altar Room
------------------------
Check the back wall first for some Type-Zero Film! This is mega strong and should be kept until I say so!!! /\/\ Ok, now check the altar to enter a puzzle. You must rotate the stones so that each petal that faces each other is the same colour. If you imagine the stones numbered like follows, its much easier to explain:

Ok, the order to turn them is:
Number 1 – turn 3 times
Number 4 – Turn 1 time

And that’s it! Easy huh? Anyway, after you’ve done it, check the wall next to the altar and go down!

Underground Osaka
-------------------------
Run down the path and grab the Stone Mirror from the alcove. Next to where you go the stone Mirror is a few boxes, if you check these than you’ll get a Type-14 film and a Prehnite. Go down the cavern even further. You’ll soon find a Film Reel 7. After you’ve got that, check the box near it and a violent ghost will attack you! This is actually quite easy. You see, its BLIND! That means you can easily stand still and charge up to get a Zero Shot or even a Fatal Frame is your good enough! If it starts running very fast towards you, my only words are: Run! It will definitely hurt you if it does this, so get some space and repeat the recess until it dies. After that, grab the Rusty Key. Ok, now go back to the Family Altar Room and exit the Osaka House.

We now need to get back to the Kurosawa house. Once in the grounds, go through the door into the Underground area.

Two nasty ghosts will lunge out! I found this hard at first, but if you have ‘slow’ it can be made easier. Try to use both Slow and See if you have them, if not, just keep running and trying to get a bit of charge or wait for one of them to lunge for a Zero Shot! Once they are dead, go up the steps into the Warehouse.

Go to the cells and unlock them. Go inside and grab the file and the photo.

Another Mayu bit now. Its as easy as the rest, just follow the butterflies up the stairs.

when were back to normal, go out of the cell. Now get back out of the Kurosawa House into the village.

Cross the bridge and make your way into the courtyard and into the Kiryu House. Once inside, climb the stairs and go to the connecting corridor.

Try to open the door at the end. Its locked. When making your way back across the bridge, a violent Ghost will attack. This is another easy one. It is quite slow, so just run to the locked door and let the camera charge. When she comes really close, shoot and you’ll get a Zero Shot. Go back into the Sliding Screen Room.

When in the Sliding Screen room, check the desk for a file and a Lazulite. Ok, now exit the Kiryu House. Go and save the game at the nearby Save Point. Now take a photo of the door you saw that non-lethal ghost walk into to get a photo of a Well. Now we need to run all the way back to the Tsuchihara house and to the well. When there take a photo of it
