#01 - Q: Why are some World Cup teams such as Iran and Holland not in the game?
A: Due to liscencing issues, these teams are only available in the Fifa 2006 World Cup game.

#02 - Q: How come the transfers arn\'t upto date?!
A: The transfers have only been done upto 27th of August. Which means the deadline day transfers such as Baptista to Arsenal or Cole to Chelsea have not been done. You can download the updates by going online with your game and it will automatically update, however, if you wish you can download the PS2 update here:http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/save/933697.html

#03 - Q: How come the new match engine only allows 10 minutes per half?
A: This is a decision that EA made without a reason. They only allow a maximum of 10 minutes per half.

#04 - Q: The World Class dificulty is too easy. Is there a harder level?
A: Yes. There is a legendary level which you can unlock by completing two regional challenges(refer to My Fifa menu in your game).

#05 - Q: What is the best player in the game?
A: This is basically a question which will get different answers when asked to different people. But in my opinion, it\'s Ronaldinho(plays for Barcelona).

#06 - Q: What is the best team in the game?
A: Again, this is another one of those questions which will give you different answers. I personally think that it\'s Arsenal. (But thats only because I support them! lol)

#12 - Q: Is this game being made for the Nintendo Wii?
A: The short and simple answer to this is no. EA has not confirmed this but they don\'t have the game listed in their sports line-up for 2006. Who knows. Maybe they\'ll release the game in 2007.

#13 - Q: Is this game being made for the PS3?
A: No, Fifa 07 will not be made for the PS3. And I was actually looking forward to this game. On the 25th of August 2006, Thomas Zeitner (President of EA Germany) announced that the first Fifa title on the PS3 will be Fifa 08 and it\'ll be released August 2007.

#14 - Q: How do I play as my created club in Manager Mode?
A: When you first create your club, it\'ll be in the Rest of the World section. So put it in a league, select the league which you want it in and select a low-profile team in that league and press the appropriate button to replace that low-profile club with your created club. (Button for replacing varies between consoles)

#01 - Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
A: You require:
+ A windows 2000 or windows XP computer(no macs!)
+ A 1.3 Ghz Proccessor (Intel Pentium 3 recommended)
+ 256MB of Memory for your pc(RAM)
+ A 32MB DirectX compatible video-card
+ 400MB of free space
+ A DirectX compatible Sound-card
+ A mouse & keyboard(kinda obvious...)

#02 - Q: What are the basic controls for when attacking?
A: (PC keyboard controls only. Controls may differ when using a gamepad).

The basic attacking controls:
+ Pass = S
+ Shoot = D
+ Skill Move = Shift + Left/Right
+ Chip shot = A
+ Sprint = E
+ Through Ball = W

#03 - Q: What are the basic controls for when defending?
A: (PC keyboard controls only. Controls may differ when using a gamepad).

#04 - Q: My Game is choppy. It\'s as-if it lags but it\'s offline!
A: If you go on System Settings in the Game Settings section. Under \"Level of Detail\", Choose Low. Now save your profile and restart the game, this should be now fixed.

#05 - Q: I\'ve done the above and I\'m still eperiencing issues...
A: This might be a problem with your resolution. Open your web browser and visit: ftp://ftp.ea-europe.com/UK_Support/EASPORTS/FIFA_07/local.ini
Save this EA Patch into \"C:\\Program Files\\EA Sports\\FIFA 07\".
Now open this new file with notepad and find the line that states, \"RESOLUTION = \" the line will have some numbers after it. Change this line to, \"RESOLUTION = 640x480x16\". This should fix your problem. If you still have problems, then you should contact EA Support.

#06 - Q: I get an error saying that I should insert the correct CD/DVD!
A: This error occurs on either of these 3 occasions:

1 - You downloaded an illegal copy of the internet.
A: I do not support piracy. Go find the answer somewhere else...
2 - You have an incorrect disk in your drive.
A: Just take that disk out and insert the Fifa 07 disk in your drive.
3 - You have another programe in the background which is preventing
Fifa from reading your disk.
A: End all unnecessary background tasks that you have running.

#07 - Q: The controller I plugged in doesn\'t work. Which ones do?
A: Only the following controllers FULLY work with Fifa 07. Any other controllers may partially work or not be compatible at all.

#08 - Q: Huh? The Xbox 360 controller?
A: Microsoft released a special version of the Xbox 360 controller just for windows games. Fifa 07 on the pc does NOT work with a normal Xbox 360 controller.

#09 - Q: Are there any cheats for the PC VERSION of this game?
A: Unfortunately, there are no cheats for the pc version. However you can download this programe which unlocks all the unlockables for you on here: http://www.handelly.tk/

#10 - Q: Is it legal to edit my PC version of my game?
A: Ofcourse. It\'s perfectly legal to edit and update your FIFA 07 game. Infact the official Fifa 07 website supports the Fifa 07 Sweetpatch updates.

#01 - Q: My PS2 controller does not work with the game.
A: The most common problem with this question is that your controller is not an officially liscenced Sony Playstation 2 controller(like the ones on the box of your PS2).

Fifa 07 does not support third-party controller such as the ones made by Mad Catz, Logic3 & Nuby.

#02 - Q: What are the basic controls for when attacking?
A: (These are PS2 controls only. You may change them by going to the game settings in your My Fifa menu).

The basic attacking controls:

#06 - Q: Why am I getting a \"Corrupted Save File\" message?
A: Unfortunately, your memory card was removed when you attempted to save your game. This means that the game was only partially saved and is not longer working. The only solution is to delete that file and start your game again from the beginning.

#07 - Q: Can I play cross-platform online? (have an online match between a ps2 and a xbox user)
A: Yes, you can have cross-platform matches online in this newer edition of the online engine of Fifa.

#08 - Q: Does this game support HD-TV?
A: Unfortunatly, the PS2 Version of the game does not support HD Quality. However you CAN still play it on a HD-TV with low quality.

#09 - Q: I\'ve just bought this game on import but it doesn\'t work with my ps2. What do I do?
A: You can contact Sony\'s technical support department and they will offer a local trade for you. Note: This does not effect your statutory rights.

#10 - Q: Are there any cheats for the PS2 VERSION of this game?
A: EA has not made any built in cheats for this game. However Xploder and Gameshark have made third-party software which can run cheats. You can buy Xploder or Gameshark from your local game store.

#01 - Q: I bought Fifa 07 on the Xbox but I wanted to play on the Xbox 360. Is that possible?
A: The Xbox 360 is only backwards compatible with a certain number of games. Unfortunately, Fifa 07 is not part of that list. However Fifa 2003 and Fifa 2004 are on that list so you can still play them.

#02 - Q: What are the basic controls for when attacking?
A: (Xbox controls only. Controls will vary depending on the region in which you bought your Xbox copy).

The basic attacking controls:
+ Pass = A
+ Shoot = B
+ Skill Move = Right Analouge Stick

#05 - Q: Can I play cross-platform online between a Xbox and a Xbox 360?
A: Unfortunately, no. Only the PS2 and Xbox can link with each other. The PC, Xbox 360 and Gamecube online versions of the game are NOT cross-platform.

#06 - Q: Unlike previous versions of Fifa, there is no language option in the game! How do I change it?
A: To change the in-game language, you must select settings from your main Xbox boot menu. Then goto language and select the language which you want from the list of languages. Then your selected language will be used in-game and on the Xbox boot menu.

#07 - Q: Does this game support HD-TV?
A: Unlike the gamecube and PS2 versions of this game, the Xbox version does support HDTV. To change to HD quality, you must select settings from your main Xbox boot menu. Then goto the video menu and adjust your resolution to 720P. Then press Yes to enable. Now you have HD Quality! (Note: If you run this on a non-HD tv, then your game may experience slow-downs and respond slowly).

#08 - Q: I get an error saying \"Your Disc may be dirty or damaged\". But it\'s perfectly fine!
A: This is usually because another device is interferring with your Xbox. I reccommend unplugging everything from your Xbox besides 1 official Xbox Controller(It may be hard if you\'ve modded your Xbox with neons and such...) If the game still does not work, then contact Microsoft Help Lines for support because your Xbox does function properly

#09 - Q: Are there any cheats for the Xbox version of this game?
A: EA has not made any built in cheats for this game. And un-luckily for Xbox users, third-party software makers have not yet made Xbox codes for Fifa 07 yet.

#10 - Q: Huh? EA has removed some of my favourite tactics from the Xbox game!
A: Yep. For this newer 2007 version, EA removed some of the least used formations from the Xbox version to save disk space. Theres not much you can do about this, besides changing your formations to the classics such as 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 for this game.

#1 - Q: How many players are there on the pitch at the same time?
A: There 22 players on the pitch at a time. There are 10 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper. But there are 2 teams which equals 22!

#2 - Q: Whats the difference between a sliding tackle and a clean tackle?
A: A sliding tackle is a type of a tackle that can cause fouls in the game. Especially if you do a sliding tackle from behind. A clean tackle however would only rarely give away fouls.

#3 - Q: I did a sliding tackle from behind, but the referee didn\'t do anything about. How come?
A: This is called the advantage rule. This is when a referee would leave a foul unattended because he believes that the team was fouled could use this opportunity to their advantage. When this happens I suggest that you leave the ball. This is because if you get the ball again, that means the team didn\'t use it to their advantage, so it\'ll be a free kick(or penalty) to the opposing team.

#4 - Q: Huh? Offside?
A: Yes. An offside is when a player passes the ball to a player who is behind the opposing defence. You can use this to your advantage by playing the offside trap in your tactics.

#5 - Q: Tactics... So explain them.
A: Ok, your tactics are the way that your manager orders you to play on the pitch(but you are the manager anyway). In my opinion, if you play with a 4-4-1-1 formation with wing play and an offside trap, you\'ll have the best tactics in the game.

To set your tactics, visit the select squad page and (using the appropriate button) go on the tactics screen.
