How to complete donald loves - Decoy Mission.
The decoy mission is the one were you have to drive the security van away from the warehouse with the police following you.
First thing to do is to drive back to the airport in the van. Use the health cheat (R2 R2 L1 R1 left down right up left down right up) to get the damage on the van to zero. Cross the bridge into Staunton Island and drive up and down the road that is connected to the bridge. Continue to do this and entering the health cheat till the time runs out.
There is a garage in the portland docks that buys cars from you. When you enter the docks drive down the alley by the cars on the left and turn left down another alley. There should be a garage with a large white sign on the wall. The sign tells you what cars are needed. When you complete the list you get £200,000 and if you go back you can get any of the cars on the list.
There is another garage by the dam in shorside vale. It has a red door and is at the top of the hill. From the airport go round the corner to pike creek and up the hill. it is immediatly on your left when you turn left. When you complete this list you get £800,000 and any of the cars on the list.

C. Best boats
I like the speeder best because It is the fastest and you can get
to where you want quicker. Then I like the predator not because
its second fastest but because it can shoot bullets.
D. Best cars
I like the banshee & infernos best because they go really fast
but my favorite design is the ice cream van and securicar because
they have extra details than the rest. I also like the yardie lobo
because of the hydraulics and the lion skin seats
E. The rare cars
There are a lot of rare cars first there is the securicar you can
find this on the streets occasionaly and when you do you see quite
a lot of them. There is also the ice cream van this I have only
ever seen once on the streets (other than the mission) in
Shoreside outside the cartel mansion. Also there is the BF
injection, there is only 1 which is in Hepburn heights between
23:00 and 4:00 I think if you go to the Diablo phones far south
towards mistys apartment you should see it, it is only there then
because Joey is doing some business with misty. There is another
rare car: Mr Wongs you can find this where Toni Cippriarni get you
to pick up the briefcase behind the laundrette.

Uzi- good for using in cars
Shotgun- good for blowing up cars
Ak-47- good for pros

Rocket launcher- excellent for blowing up cars
Flamethrower- for everyone
Molotov cocktails- good for experts must be careful
Grenades- good for everyone
B. How to find them
You always have fists
Baseball bat- at hideout or kill a gang member
Handgun- kill a gang member/ammu-nation Portland (green)
Uzi- one or two gang members have these/ammu-nation (lights
purple)
Shotgun- mafia have these/ammu-nation/get in cop car
Ak-47- cartel have these/ammu-nation Staunton (dark purple)
m-16- phils army supplies (light blue)
Sniper rifle- ammu-nation (orange)
Rocket launcher- phils army supplies
Flamethrower- hideout after 20 fire missions in each district
Molotov cocktails- hideout after 80 packages or 70
Grenades- hideout after 60 packages or 50

A. The ghost town
If you want to see the ghost town go to the vertical cliff near
the observatory
Have the sniper rifle out go as near to the wall as possible turn
facing away and hold r1 to aim the sniper turn around facing the
cliff you will see through and in the right corner zoom in you
may not see it but keep trying.
You can also fly there but practice flying the dodo first like I
did.
B. Carser city
No one has seen it. No one has any picture so is it real?
It probably isn’t because there is no evidence that it exists at
all except the radio. My thoughts are it is launching a new GTA I
don’t know I honestly don’t.
C. Ghost boat
The ghost bout is hard to get but it is possible in the mission
that you have to do for ray or Donald where you have to kill that
guy fishing when he go onto the beach go up with him run him down
when he gets out and push his boat in the water press triangle
and you will get in and you will be in it DON’T STOP DRIVING BY
PRESSING TRIANGLE OR YOU WILL FALL OUT MOST OF THE BOAT ISNT
SOLID. You should be able to see through some bits
