Shoot a gaurd in the arms,radio and one leg and he'll hobble away

With the re-release of Metal Gear Solid on the new Substance game, I?ve decided to make this, Garlic Breads lean mean boss killing machine, its so good I PUT MY NAME ON IT! So sit back and read away at how to defeat those seemingly impossible boss?s. Firstly if you?ve got rations, equip them that way if your health runs out it?ll automatically restore. Now, down to the boss?s.
OLGA ? ahh, the Russian with a skinhead and hairy armpits, she?d be easy to beat if you could get near her, but you cant, because your on one side of some crates and she?s on the other (apparently Snake can kill, but not hop over boxes, I don?t know). There are four places Olga can fight from, top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right. The trick is to fool Olga, whenever she?s not looking, roll into a new hiding place, this means she will shoot at your old location making it easy to hit her. She also has two possible tricks up her sleeve, she could aim a bright light at you (if she does this just shoot out the bulb) or put a sheet between the two of you (snake cant attack boxes or fabrics) if she does this just shoot the strings holding the sheet down. This battle will get easier as it progresses because she slows as she is tranquillised.
FATMAN ? this nonce does nothing but wind me up with his irritating voice. When running toward a bomb hold ?L1? this means you will have your gun drawn, if fatman crosses your path shoot him to the ground then pop a shot into his head. Disarm the bombs by spaying them, but try to get a hit in on fatman, as the number of bombs he lays goes up each time, so the quicker you kill him the easier it is!
Harrier ? this plane means business, but it is possible to beat (may take a few attempts), you have to use you homing missiles (cant remember name of gun) and shoot the harrier down, but be prepared for these attacks. 1, air-striking you, if he does this get down stairs quick, it?s the only safe place. 2, Big missile, dodging this takes timing, listen carefully for the peak the missiles approach, and when you think its seconds away flip through the middle to avoid being hit. 3, hail of missiles, after yelling ?try dodging this? snake hails you with rockets which you must obliviously try dodging, the trick is run back and fourth. When the missiles run out, fire at least four rockets into the belly of the demon. 4, finally burning you, simply flip don the middle quickly to avoid becoming ?roast Raiden?.
VAMP ? up for nomination for the Garlic bread awards in the category of most irritating boss. To beat this guy you need to think fast and have quick reaction times. When Vamp is underwater throw a grenade in or shot at him. When he is on the same level as you do not shoot him as he will charge you and do serious damage. When he is above you shoot at him AND any knives he throws at you (difficult I know) if his shadow pins you to the floor (you?ll know if it happens) fire a machine gun at him to try and hold him back. That?s all the advice I can give you really, watch out for the water and good luck.
METAL GEAR RAYS ? plenty of Metal gears, to kill these you need timing and accuracy. When the down hail of rockets is in the air fire a missile at the legs of a metal gear, after the rockets hit the ground fire a second missile into rays mouth, sound easy enough? It is, only problem is you need to repeat it so much its difficult. Not much strategy to this fight, just don?t loose concentration!
LIQUID SNAKE ? the daddy. And what a way to end a game, samurai sword fight to the death, only liquids got some unfair advantages. Rockets, to dodge these you need to use a last minute dive, they?ll then curve and explode on a nearby wall. Diving on you, again another last minute movement to avoid death (this fight is a lot about bottle and waiting to the last minute). More rockets, if rockets are coming at you then dangle of the building, they cant get you there. May I recommend a slash slash stab procedure to dispose of this guy, and also learn how to block as he does fight back. Good luck with this guy and be prepared for a few re-attempts.
