First, go into the hacking section of the game and select a file that you want to hack.
NOTE: After using a .EXE file, it'll stay on the left side of
the keyboard. You can use those executable files just by clicking them. There is really no reason to type everything out just to watch an image or enter a cheat.

You'll now be granted access to Drive B:\

As for B:\TOOLS, you need a 5 digit access code that is binary
encrypted.
Binary -> Can only be either 0 or 1
This number is actually random. First type in ' 00000 ' and
it'll tell you how many numbers are correct, and how many of them are in the correct places. Try it out a few times and you'll eventually get it.

For VIRTUAL.EXE to open your virtual drive, you need a password.
You can get this password using READ A:\TEXT\NOTE2.TXT to get
the password:
'FROZENFISH'
Now, open VIRTUAL.EXE using the password 'FROZENFISH' and you'll be given a puzzle to solve:
1) BLACK ( reset and you'll have to try again )
2) BLUE ( you chose the 'BLUE' pill and time is running out,
now quickly type 'TRACEKILL' to avoid being traced ! )
3) RED ( the solution you'd want )
IF YOU DON'T TYPE 'TRACEKILL' RIGHT AFTER HAVING 'BLUE', YOUR SYSTEM WILL BE REBOOTED. ( Can anybody make a small ASCII image for the symbol 'RED'? )
After entering the correct solution 'RED', you'll now be granted
access to the virtual drive.

1) ROOTSEARCH.EXE ( executing this will grant you an ADMIN
password )
2) DIAL.EXE ( connect to a particular number, eg. DIAL
0012135550142 )

2) PORTKEY.EXE ( used to connect to Trinity, read below)
Now, type 'MAIL' and you'll be asked for an ADMIN password.
This is the password you get by executing ROOTSEARCH.EXE, the
password is 'THISISNOTREAL'.
Type in 'Y' when you're asked if you want to read your mails,
and you'll be given the following:
DIAL:
001 - 949 - 555 - 0112 ( does not connect )
001 - 714 - 555 - 0187 ( does not connect )
001 - 213 - 555 - 0142 ( for a message from Morpheus )
001 - 310 - 555 - 0111 ( for a message from Trinity )
Now, just dial it to Trinity, you'll the given the code '942'.
Use this number, and execute PORTKEY.EXE by typing 'PORTKEY
942'
You'll get a chance to chat with Trinity, enjoy the moment! ^_^
( Just type anything when she asks you questions. )
You'll then have CRACK.EXE downloaded to your V:\ROOT
directory. Execute the file by typing 'CRACK 8RAM'.
You'll then be given a random code. Mine here is AGHR22M5.
At this point, you can then access your RAM drive.

This directory only contains the character bio of the character you're using in .BIO format.

OPTIONAL:
If you want sword play in the game, you should can type TRAINING. Then you'll be given an example TRAINING RAM:\PROG\SWORD.DSK
Type that in there, and you character can now use the sword for
disarm moves and barehanded throws. You can turn off the sword by resetting the game.
SWORD.DSK is only available if you load 'hacking' with a
finished game save. However, there is a trick to this, you can finish the game with any character, use that file to hack and activate the sword. You should then load the game with any other file, and the sword can still be used, even if it's a file at the first level. ( Thanks to sixstring for this info)
NOTE: Since the SWORD.DSK file is the only training file I know, it's very possible to have other .DSK in there that we do not know about.

Type in 'HANDSHAKE' to connect to Spark. After a hilarious conversation, you'll be given access to the LOGOS' system.

At the beginning, only 1 red door can be opened. Go in there
and to the far wall with two buttons, where only one is accessible at this point. Pressing the button will start the first mini-game.
Mini-Games:
Objectives:
1) Prevent enemies from approaching.
NOTE: The weapons will respawn, and you can stand on the table,
make use of them. (the M16 is your very best friend)
2) Shoot the platform so the enemy will fall before he reaches
either side. (Unlocked by getting a score over 20 in mini-game #1).
3) Eliminate 21 enemies before you die. (Unlocked by getting a score over 20 in mini-game #1).
4) Punch/kick/throw the enemies off the platform. (Unlocked by eliminating 21 enemies in mini-game #3).

Ghost and Trinity seem to have a dodgy relationship at the past and Trinity wants to have a little fight with you. This is basically training, win or lose it won't effect the game in this level.
She's fast and strong and you realise that you don't have any weapons. Just Focus and punch / kick at her... you could also throw her aswell... once your focus is 0% just run around The Zen Garden to get your focus up. To advoid for a bit... once your focus is like 60% start using it and fight Trinity again.
Cujo:
Keep Focus fighting him until he has half-life
He will go up and shoot you with a gun … run he will get 2 vamp/werewolf do not use focus after that done he will come back down finish him off
Agents:
Ghost - kick them to those green stuff
Niobe – ignore him for now go and push the switch if he come and fight you while doin focus and kick him. once the switch is done. Fight him use focus and punch him out the plane if he on the ground kick him out. Don’t fall out soon will be a cut scene
Cain and Abel:
Kick them towards the zombies
Twins In Pursuit:
If you controlling Niobe drive the car 100mph following the compass and let Ghost shoot
Controlling ghost just shoot everything around their car
Vlad:
You have to fight him if you using ghost. Kill the easy vamp first. Focus fight him. Try not use so much kick mainly because he either grab your leg and throw you or he dodge it. If your focus is down use the large room to get it up to 80%
Seraph:
You must beat him (rest if you get beaten up) cos you get an interesting cut scene. Ok small room no weapon, focus fight him until he have 20% health. Keep jumping around the table to keep focus up and not to get beaten up by him. That’s it

If there a big gap
Keep pressing forcus (L button) jump (b button) and use joystick pressing forward until you landed.
There a few parts of the game you need to do focus jump.
Use Focus Jump and shoot at the same time, you do a very cool and powerful shot. Best way to shoot them up. Just make sure not to shoot people on your side.
