James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing

Introduction

Welcome to my walkthrough guide for James Bond 007: EON. As you take Bond through all 28 missions in search of villain Nikolai Diavolo, you will encounter a whole host of gruelling and difficult challenges. Hopefully my guide and hints will make life easier as you as you tackle EA’s latest adventure, and leave Diavolo shaken not stirred.

Weapons

P99 – This pistol is a weapon you will usually start the missions with. It has quite a rapid fire and isn’t too loud, and you can also put a silencer on this gun, so use against single enemies stealthily.

AK74 – This rifle-like machine gun has a very rapid fire, and most guards carry this gun, so with plenty of ammo available use against larger groups of enemies.

Desert Eagle – A very powerful yet slow firing pistol. The Desert Eagle is also very loud so use against singles enemies that are more powerful.

SPAS12 – This shotgun type weapon is very powerful and from a close distance can kill an enemy instantly. But due to the slow fire and loudness of the weapon, only use against single and powerful enemies.

MP5K – The weapon is the most rapid fire gun in the game, but is also very weak so use against smaller groups of enemies for maximum effect.

SIG552 – This rifle has a very rapid fire and is also quite powerful, so best used against crowds of enemies.

AT-420 – This rocket launcher type weapon fires very powerful explosives at the enemy, so only use against large amounts of enemies due to its power and lack of ammo.

Gadgets

Rappel Gun – This pistol fire a chord which can be used to rappel down walls, cliffs and so on, and you will use this gun in many of the missions.

Coin Grenades – These explosives are disguised as coins and there are three types: Explosives which explode when an enemy comes near, Strobe which blinds enemies when they come to close and EMP which disable all electronic equipment within a certain radius.

Sleeper Dart – This gun fires a dart that can neutralise and put to sleep an enemy for a certain amount of time. Use this gadget against powerful enemies that are hard to kill.

Q-Spider – This gadget can be used to scout for enemies ahead and can be put in places which you can’t reach. This gadget is only silent when you are moving slowly.

Thermovision Goggles – These goggles are used in complete darkness to detect heat signatures left by enemies.

RC Car (Driving only) – This gadget is used whilst driving to reach places you can’t using the normal vehicles.

Network Tap – These are special types of dart that are used to access certain electronic equipment such as computers.

Nano Suit - This is an invisibility suit that makes you invisible to the enemy for a certain amount of time until the battery runs out. Will only become invisible if you are moving slowly.

Helpful Hints

When in action, always use objects to take cover. Most things you find can be used for protection against the enemy, although beware of wooden crates as they can be destroyed by the enemies’ fire.

Never run out into an arena until you are certain what lies ahead. You can’t afford to take chances and with gadgets such as the Q-Spider at your disposal, so there is no need to rush into the game.

Stealth is the key to most missions. Always move slowly through the stages as to not to make any noise and attract enemies, and always use your gadgets, such as the Q-Spider effectively. Enemies should also in most cases be killed stealthily using quiet guns.

The Sleeper dart is a very handy piece of equipment to have, and should always be used against powerful guards that are giving you a hard time.

Whenever you can, use the Bond Sense as a defensive weapon. Using this, you can lock onto an enemy and plan a surprise attack without getting killed in most cases.

Walkthrough

Mission 1 – Ground Zero

Take cover and pick off the opponents until you hear the explosion. Now run for the case, and once retrieved take the rocket launcher from the enemy above you. Next, enter windowed hallway nearby. Take out the jet with your rockets, and once it crashes, stay on the balcony and take out the enemies that appear. Run off the ledge by the armoury and rappel to the ground for your first Bond moment.

Before you complete the mission, shoot one of the men rappelling down the wall to earn the Bond moment, and then run into the hole on the other side of the courtyard to finish the mission.

Mission 2 – A Long Way Down

As you rappel to the ground, watch for the explosions. Once down, run forward until you see a valve on the wall. Flip it to stun the enemies from a blast of steam and to gain a Bond moment. Backtrack where you rappelled down and rappel back up for a Dragunov. Rappel back down, find the steam vent and drop the bomb in. When the wall crumbles, quickly rappel down the building.

Go through the hole in the building to enter. In the burning office, you will find a table infront of the window. Tip it over and use for cover against the rappelling soldiers for your Bond moment. Now rappel down, and at the flaming vents duck through the burning office. When you come back outside, break left and turn the steam valve to stun the enemies and gain a moment.

Turn off the flames and kill the man with the rocket launcher quickly before he can fire. On your way back, you will encounter more enemies, so be aware. Use your Sense to find weak spots in the ceiling, and shoot them to drop rubble onto the enemies and get a moment. Now rappel down the building to finish.

Mission 3 – Train Chase

At the start, use the bike not the Porsche for a slightly easier mission. While pursuing the train, remember to shoot down the second helicopter. When you pass the temple, use the collapsed pillar to jump over it and land safely. Near the end, use the earth ramp to get onto the tracks and earn all three moments. At the end, stay close to the back of the train until you reach the bridge to complete.

Mission 4 – An Old Friend

Clear the first fours cars without being seen to earn four moments. At the outset, sneak up on the enemy to the left and subdue the one to the right. Kill the third silently, and shoot all three computers. In the car, stealthily kill the man to the right and throw a wrench at the other across the room. In the third car, head after the guard on your left and kill him. Now sneak up on the patrolling and kill him. Destroy the technician’s monitor, then proceed to the fifth car. Here it is dark and full of guards, so use your thermo goggles, and once all killed proceed to the last car.

Here you will meet Jaws. Take shelter behind the pillars so that Jaws attacks don’t hit you, and when he stops knock Jaws into the flaring arcs of electricity. Two shocks will see him off.

Mission 5 – Sand Storm

Conserve your rockets, but use your bombs on this mission. Gain a moment by bombing every boat. When you catch the General, avoid the flame jets in the corridor for a moment. When the General takes shelter, use flares to neutralise his missiles whilst shooting rockets at the shield generators. Once his base is destroyed, bomb his helicopter to complete.

Mission 6 – Serena St. Germaine

Use your machine guns to destroy the patrol jeep, and visit 003’s hideout. Get to the town by using the scenic route to avoid the tanks, and don’t stop moving until you reach Serena’s hotel. You will need to use your Nano suit here.

Once Serena is onboard, follow here directions. Don’t shoot your way through, as you’ll never make it. Instead, use cloacking and stealth to make your way through the enemies until you reach roadblock. Now go left and down into the marketplace for a moment, and just follow the path to the end of the stage. Go off-road to avoid the pillar and crash through the roadblock next to the mine.

Mission 7 – Vertigo

Take out all the guards silently, and rappel up to the next room and dispose of the looming guards, then try to use the lift. Continue forward, but be aware of more guards rappelling down from above, and watch out for the guard with the rocket launcher. Push the mine cart forward for cover, and take the unlit route on the left. Get the AT-420 at the end and gain a moment.

Backtrack to the mine carts, and remember the boarded up doorway in the side passage. Shoot the bottom board, and use a Q-Spider through the hole. Go up the path, and open the door in the server room for a moment. Now rappel up the side passage and destroy the gas cans underneath the radar using a rocket for a moment.

Now rappel down two more floors and get 003’s uplink device. Revisit the server room and use the junction box, then make your way back to the lift to complete, taking out the guards as you go.

Mission 8 – The Ruined Tower

Use the Sleeper darts on the first four guards. If you do this undetected, you will get two moments. Look for a ledge covered with moss on the right wall and rappel up it to find a Dragunov and a moment, and use it to kill the snipers in the ruins. Go to the ruins, and take out the guards inside. Now rappel up the wooden wall at the rear.

At the top, use a Q-Spider in the small path, and when it crosses the bridge you’ll earn a moment. Next, drop into the soldiers below and move along, taking out the rest. Once killed, move back down the ruins, where you’ll find a crate. Drop it through the trapdoor and jump after it. Now push the crate forward, through the mines and at the end shoot it to complete.

Mission 9 – Death of an Agent

Send forward a Q-Spider through the vent, and drop it onto the guards’ heads at the end for a moment. Go downstairs to see 003’s death, and kill the soldier who runs in. Leave through his door, and go downstairs. Take out the guards, and drop down into an unlit section and turn on the Thermo goggles. At the end of the corridor is a AT-420 and a moment.

Go back up, and use the propane tanks to shoot down the enemies, and then gain a moment. Keep shooting until you can reach the switch behind you, and press to unlock a secret door, and use it to leave. Jump off the cliff, sticking as close to Serena as you can, and ignore the men that shoot at you. On the way, shoot the explosives which kill the guards to get two moments, and then by sliding through a very small gap between a platform and a cliff to gain another.

Mission 10 – A Show of Force

Straight from the word ‘go’, shoot everything in sight. You will gain a moment for shooting gates. Once the havoc calms down, you begin on the bike. Use the shortcut, which you’ll find right before the first real curve to reach the runway easier and gain a moment. Ramp off the truck bed onto the runway and to the plane to complete.

Mission 11 – Mardi Gras Mayhem

Reach the rendezvous point then go right at the park. Follow the road until you see I sign pointing left, then turn right. Take the shortcut for a moment, and head to the Gumbo Diner. Open the back of the truck, drive the Aston Martin in, then drive the truck over the factory. Plant the bug in the other truck.

Use the Aston Martin to intercept the limousine, and then for a moment use the pipe as a ramp to crash into the building on your way out. Use your acid slick to disable to limousine for another moment, and drive to the Kiss Kiss Club.

Mission 12 – The Kiss Kiss Club

Rappel into the open window and massage the woman for a moment. Sneak into the hallway and use the console in the monitor room to open the door to the bar. When you reach the club, watch the movie, and then use the switch at the end of the bar to drop the track lighting; if this hits two enemies, you’ll earn a moment. Kill the men on the balcony for another moment.

Take the elevator up, and get the keycard from the desk in the office. Return to the first floor, and a group of enemies with crowbars will attack. Step out of the elevator, then go back and kill the enemies. Go backstage, open the door, and then kill the guards in the dressing room. Wait for the wall to rise, and enter the passageway to complete.

Mission 13 – Underworld

Shoot the guard at the table and retrieve the skeleton key from the wall. Use it to open the door in the hall, then kill all the enemies in the room and leave the compound.

Mission 14 – Death’s Door

Shoot the enemies and find an open building around the corner. You need a key to open it, so rappel up the tower with the sniper and kill him for the key and a moment. On the way, you’ll see a thug trying to open an iron gate, so stop him for a second moment. Return to the boarded up building and use the key to open the door, but before you do get the body armour from the small duct in front of the building using a Q-Spider and get a moment.

Shoot the guards and make your way to the balcony. Look across the graveyard to see a red control panel next to the crematorium, so use the Dragunov to destroy it and open the door. Enter the crematorium, shooting the guards as you go, and you’ll find Jean Le Rouge. Use the STG or Desert Eagle and try to catch him in explosions to gain moments. Keep an eye on Mya, and press the conveyor switch if she comes under fire. Kill Jean to complete.

Mission 15 – Battle in the Big Easy

You must stay close to top speed for about 35 seconds. The smokescreen will help, and you’ll get a moment if used correctly. Once Mya’s diffused the bomb, she’ll help you take out the enemy vehicles. Concentrate on reaching the safehouse.

Head to the factory once arrived, and drive the RC car through the pipe, laser open the glass valve and drive to the lower level. Then turn around and turn left at the intersection. Hit the boiler with the laser to destroy the factory and complete. If you finish in less than four minutes, you’ll get a moment.

Mission 16 – Faded Splendour

Hide in the front hall until one of the guards comes in. Use the Sleeper dart on him then put on the Nano suit and knock out the man he was talking to. Send the Q-Spider into the open vent, and go upstairs, through the door on the right and detonate at the sniper’s feet. Now rappel down, and gain a moment.

Shoot the guards in the attic and head downstairs. The door you need is locked, so go to the ground floor and use the panels either side of the main staircase to open the door. Shoot the guards behind the door, and use a Q-Spider in the open vent. Behind the painting, detonate for a moment and to open the room. Go back upstairs and rappel up the wooden wall, where the sniper was, to complete the mission.

Mission 17 – The Machinery of Evil

Go into the room, press the control panels on the three machines and leave before they blow. For the fourth, go down below the floor. Whilst shooting, look for two guards standing by a pipe and shoot the valves to stun the soldiers, gaining a moment. Then claim the AT-420 at Yayakov’s platform for another moment.

When the guards are all killed, send a Q-Spider into the open duct, and detonate it near the gears to open the broken door. Now destroy the final machine, and then the two transformers near Yayakov to complete.

Mission 18 – The Pontchartrain Bridge

From the start, drive onto the bridge and keep accelerating. Use the swamp banks as a ramp, and use it to clear the gate for a moment. Use the flamethrower to defend yourself on the highway, and make sure you stay in the left-hand lane. You’ll eventually see a barricaded off-ramp, so break through the barricade and use the pavement to reach the other highway. You will gain a moment, and then get back to the other lane using the second interchange.

Mission 19 – A Simple Exchange

Use the Sleeper darts on the guard, and then sneak into the lounge behind the front desk. Disable the cameras with the EMP grenades and sleeper dart the guard that comes in to inspect the explosion. Pick up his keycard.

On the other side of the lounge, use the junction box to disable the lasers on the second floor and get a moment. Inspect the nearby drinks cabinet to open a secret door. Inside, get the Sleeper darts and the moment. Return to the lobby, and head up the stairs. Use an EMP on the security camera. Proceed to the balcony and use EMPs on the remaining cameras to get a third moment. Now enter into the room and take the driver’s uniform to complete.

Mission 20 – Red Line

You need to win the race. This race isn’t difficult, as the explosive barrels and twisting roads will see off most competitors after the first lap. Near the race start, use the small dirt hill by the roadside to launch your car into the air, and then swerve left onto the next hill. Repeat this to earn a moment.

Near the end of the lap, look out for a road sign that points in two directions. Take this route which is a shortcut for another moment.

Mission 21 – Ambushed

This stage relies heavily on unarmed combat. Go to the balcony of the driver’s room and shoot the panel above the junction box for a moment. To get another, throw one of the enemies over the second-floor railing.

In the short hallway on the first floor, use the keycard from Mission 19 to open a door and find an AT-420, armour and a moment. Go to the ground floor to find Serena being held captive by the enemies.

Mission 22 – The High Road

Return Serena to her hotel, and get a moment by using the fireworks factory staircase to jump a set of tanks. Once back on the bike, use the staircase to avoid the blockade and to get a moment take it at full speed and hit the roof across the street. Look around for a blue icon, which will point you to the doorway. Go through it and up onto the rooftops to complete. Earn a moment if you stay on the path until you reach the mine.

Mission 23 – Diavolo’s Plan


Use your EMP, then take your rappel gun and your sleeper gun, and wait for the guard to walk in. Shoot him, take his locker key, and get all the weapons from the locker. Once armed, leave the room and go right. Call the elevator, and take out the guards that come. Now ride the elevator up.

Use the machine to reach the other side of the mine; to stop the crushers shoot the gauges on their sides. Once through, shoot the exhaust vents on the wall which will start the countdown. Rappel up to the control room, go inside, and go downstairs, taking out the guards as you go. Use the console at the end to unlock the door at the top, and use the Q-Spider in the newly unlocked door infront of you. Use it to turn off the lasers to gain a moment, and then use another under the stairs to get armour and another moment. Now head upstairs and into the elevator to complete.

Mission 24 – The Platinum War

Drive forward, then turn left and destroy the wall with the tank shells. Now use Nano shells on the arch to the right to gain a moment. Turn left and use your plasma gun to blow up the truck for a moment, and go through the hole in the Mall. Turn left, and only destroy the tanks that get in your way. Sneak into the Kremlin basement through the back door.

In the catacombs, use your map to locate the blue icon. Use Nano shells to destroy the bomb, and after the movie, run back through the corridors chasing the blue icon, using Nano shells to destroy the pillars. Once outside, shoot down the helicopter to complete.

Mission 25 – Dangerous Decent

Destroy the crate next to the elevator shaft, and use two Q-Spiders; one behind you under the railing, across a plank and under the duct, and one infront of you, through the crates and detonate infront of the circuitry for two moments. Now get the T-420 and rappel down the shaft, destroying the rocket turrets as you go.

Once you reach the lift, shoot the guards and use the two lift platforms in the maintenance area to activate the lift. While you’re at it, use a Q-Spider under the ductwork in the floor for another moment. Back out on the lift, kill Katja’s guards and destroy the brake cables on the lift. Jaws will now appear.

Use the metal crates for cover against his flamethrower, then when he turns his back shoot the tank on his flamethrower. Once destroyed, use the cockpit of the jet to escape.

Mission 26 – Red Underground

Rappel out of the crater. You’ll come out above a hangar. For three moments, shoot the man on the walkway across from you, network tap to control the tank below and go to the end of the walkway to find a Dragunov.

Descend into the hanger, and shoot out the guards. Go down below the floor, and use your Thermo goggles to detect the guards. While you’re here, drop a tank onto the guards to gain another moment. Ride one of the tank lifts to the control room, and hit the guards with the platinum sprayer for a moment. Then lower the bridge, and use a Strobe grenade on the men guarding the exit for a moment, then leave to complete.

Mission 27 – The Final Card

Knock out the two men, and then take cover. Shoot out the oncoming guards, and take out the turrets with your network tap at the back. Now that you’re in control, kill the three guards who come through the entrance and the three who come through the side door. Use less than three rockets to get a moment.

Fire a rocket at the glass control dome on the ceiling. Then, use the four control panels that arise, and send a Q-Spider into the ductwork after you receive a warming from Q at the last panel. Detonate it to clear the obstruction, and then shoot the waves of enemies that attack. Use an EMP on the Nanosuited soldiers for a moment. Eventually you’ll meet Diavolo, so use the AT-420 and take cover to dodge his missile attacks. It takes three hits on each part to destroy the jet.

Mission 28 – Everything or Nothing

Dive forward and take cover, and pick off the waves of guards that come towards you. Once killed, go through the door and kill the guards on the walkway, then climb up and get the Dragunov from the window. Now take out the rocket sniper across the room.

Go back to the start point and use a Q-Spider through the crates. Go right, and go all the way around the elevator shaft. Go back through the tunnel in Mission 25, and detonate the Q-Spider infront of the barred door. Go into the unlocked room, and collect the weapons and armour from the vault and gain two moments.

Now you will have to make it through the warehouses to reach Diavolo. The best way is to attack the enemy with surprise, and then quickly retreat so that they follow you. Keep shooting the guards until you make it through the warehouse and to the missile silo. Outside, Diavolo is waiting in his missile pod. Fire three rockets at him to destroy his guns, and use the nearby turret to destroy the launching missile and complete the game. Whew!
